Conversion Project - Dave completed a review of our proposed ideas for a conversion of shops into flats. He measured up, offered advice and worked with us to get to a stage where detailed drawings could be drawn up. The plans were initially submitted for change of use application and then more detailed plans submitted for building reg approval. Both submissions were successful. Dave acted as our agent and liased with building control during the process.
I have no issues and Dave did a good job.
